We’re excited to share an update about the Family Champion Awards hosted by the Institute for Family at Children’s Home Society of North Carolina.
To create an even more impactful experience, the Family Champion Awards have been rescheduled to early 2027. This intentional shift allows time to expand the event into a larger educational opportunity bringing together leaders across education, public health, child welfare, and community organizations to learn, connect, and collaborate in deeper ways.
While the celebration is being reimagined, the heart of the event remains the same: honoring individuals who go the extra mile to strengthen families and uplift communities.
When the event returns in early 2027, attendees can expect a bigger, more dynamic experience that not only celebrates Family Champions but also sparks meaningful conversations and innovative ideas to better support families across North Carolina.
Nominations will remain open through the end of the calendar year, and we encourage you to help us recognize the champions making a lasting difference every day.
